If you have purchased a digital product (such as a report), orders are processed in real-time and cancellations are not accepted. Due to the time and energy put into each product, we do not issue refunds.
If you have booked an astrology reading and need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours before the scheduled reading, if possible.
